Booth Relidious,

I just found these quotes somewhere...

What One Famous Scientist Said About Evolution...

"One morning I woke up and something had happened in the night, and it struck me that I had been working on this [evolution] stuff for twenty years and there was not one thing I knew about it. That's quite a shock to learn that one can be so misled so long. Either there was something wrong with me or there was something wrong with evolutionary theory. Naturally, I know there is nothing wrong with me ..."

"[The] question is: Can you tell me anything you KNOW about Evolution? Any one thing? Any one thing that is true? I tried that question on the geology staff at the Field Museum of Natural History and the only answer I got was silence. I tried it on the members of the Evolutionary Morphology Seminar in the University of Chicago, a very prestigious body of Evolutionists, and all I got there was silence for a long time, and eventually one person said, "I do know one thing - it ought not to be taught in high school"."

—Part of a keynote address given at the American Museum of Natural History by Dr Colin Patterson (Senior Paleontologist, British Museum of Natural History, London) in 1981. Unpublished transcript.

“Evolution became in a sense a scientific religion; almost all scientists have accepted it and many are prepared to bend their observations to fit in with it.” —H. Lipson, “A Physicist Looks at Evolution,” Physics Bulletin 31 (1980), p. 138

Sounds like a sith lord we know is religious!!!!:)

PLEASE, PLEASE research this crap before posting it. For crying out loud this was the first fricken link that popped up completely destroying your entire position. How can I take anything you say seriously if you're simple regurgitating quote mines from some idiot Creationists?

You keep hammering on about evolution and yet, like creationists provide NO evidence to support your 'theory'. Do you even understand the 'science' you so cling to? How it works? How to prove/ falsify it? Simply posting quote mines and excerpts from book jackets isn't going to convince me, evidence is.

Best,

Brett

Emperor Relidious & Jess,

please!

Jess, how are things? I wish I could talk about dogs for a bit, but there's this guy screaming at me...I'll go see what he wants...
Oh, hi. I just found this quote that apparently Dr. Colin Patterson gave recently:

"Has anyone among us ever watched a full episode of House? In the programme's entirety? From beggining to end? That series is $%*#^*ing awful! When have you ever been attended to by a physician who walks with a cane?!!Who listens to *%^*ing Massive Attack? Anyone? ANYONE??!!!"

....uh, I like House...anyway, there are lots of points where evolution makes a chair-on-the- floor noise like when it's about the origin of life; the possibility of chance on a molecular level;natural selection;self-organization;the rna stuff;delelopmental biology;the eye;the vesicular transport system;the blood clotting mechanism;the dna replication system;neural connections in the brain;the placenta;similarities between apes and humans;the african eve hypothesis;evidence from mitochondrial dna;evidence from nuclear dna;y chromosome evidence;humans and neandertals and just the fact that when Rosalind Harding,Oxford University population geneticist, contemplated the difficulties of using genetic evidence to establish theories of human origins, she said,"Ughhh!...I need a drink....of vodka".Or somthing like that.
Anyway, I was going to respond to that stuff you said about easter, but I'll do it later.
At least I've still got christmas!
Yule rules!Yule rules!

Andrew,

I used to watch House, but the last few seasons were just not that good.

Evolution has NOTHING to do with the origins of life, those are separate fields of study, it's called abiogenesis. All the ID talking points you have mentioned have been soundly refuted YEARS ago.

Well, they just cracked the neanderthal code ans surprise, we have some of their genes.

Everyone knows Christmas is just the Christians making up a holiday that coinsides with another holiday.

Best,

Brett
